Chennai, June 2026: The flagship annual two-day National Human Resources Development Conference titled ‘The Inflection Point’ which began in Chennai today, witnessed an exceptionally eye-opening talk by Revered Daaji – Guide of Heartfulness and President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission on ‘Leading in the age of Super Intelligence – How to remain truly human’. The 28th edition of the conference, which was aimed at reshaping leaders in this decisive moment in terms of acquiring skills, governance-enabled trust, expansion of human potential with intelligent systems, understanding cultures shaping behaviour, and more. The conference also brought to light how India thinks about talent, capability, and organisational performance.

More than 1,200 leaders and 75 global catalysts joined at ITC Grand Chola in Chennai, hosted by the National HRD Network – Chennai Chapter. They explored how Human will AI will reshape work, leadership, and value creation in India across 30 powerful sessions and 4 future-defining tracks. Eminent speakers included Dr. Ram Charan, Global Advisor to CEOs and Corporate Boards; Mr. Shashi Tharoor, Hon’ble Member of Lok Sabha; Mr. N. Kumar, Vice Chairman, Sanmar Group; Mr. Sriram Iyer, Managing Director & Business Head, TeamLease Digital Global, Dubai, and others.

Revered Daaji – Guide of Heartfulness and President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission brought the analogy between the corporate world and families, “HR faces challenges that are on a larger scale than a family. When love and respect fail, families break, the same happens to a company. Unless harmony is there, the organisation will be harmed. To find means to slow down this process and remove attrition and entropy that builds in any organisation.”

He added that the best medicine is a preventive like vaccination. “Certain work-culture can work like a vaccination. It prevents irritability and attrition within the organisation. The environment we provide to people and also mutual respect and recognition for the skills and knowledge of people is very important by rewarding them in a way that they truly deserve.”

About inclusivity and sense of ownership, Daaji said, “Just as a newcomer in the family should have a sense of belonging, in the corporate world as well, this sense of belonging must come to be creative or productive. It is the happiness levels that determine a better performance in the next financial year than the company profitlines. performs When you honour your employees with whom you spend more time than your family, that environment has to be better than that at home.”

Daaji also defined ‘HQ’ or the ‘Heart Quotient’.  “Be cognizant and develop the qualities of your heart. Anything that demands the system to be more organised, I should encourage those forces. Anything that disintegrates the system must be discouraged. The equivalent in yoga it yama and niyama. We have to become yama to eradicate negativities. Through niyama we enhance the strength of the organisation.”

On the power of meditation, Daaji added, “If family members meditate at a precise time, the atmosphere and energy feel as if you are descending heaven in your family. The same occurs when the members of your organisation meditate together and go inward, introspection the qualities. You first conceive in your consciousness. Consciousness is what needs evolution, which is the sole purpose of living, as also purported by Swami Vivekananda. The mind then transcends to feelings. Intellectualising to intuition – both are influenced by meditation. Don’t let the ego take over your decision-making. While it is good to think of oneself as great

Day 1 of the conference focused on Inaugural and Mega Keynotes, AI Governance and Superagency Panels; Leadership Labs and Youth and Skills Roundtables, while the highlights of Day 2 rest on Masterclasses and Learning Labs; People Analytics and Ethical AI Discussions; Hybrid and Inclusion Conversations; and CHRO Boardroom Dialogue.

Revered Daaji’s wisdom nuggets added to the event in terms of bringing spirit over matter and awakening consciousness as leaders and policy makers in the age of super intelligence.
